It was real good time in Niagara Falls. Truly enjoyed this place, it was well-maintained and wonderful. The staff where excellant and the setting was exceptionally nice and perfect.

The room we had included a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making facilities. The hotel was in a favourable location, very close to restaurants.

Hotel's location was favourable and decent, close to everything. Lucky that it was not too far from Dunkin', offering food to go.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The king suite that we stayed in was huge and new-fashioned. The hotel was in a marvellous location, in the Niagara Falls area.

The place was spotlessly clean with a helpful staff. Its location was great and perfect, in the parks at night, and in a shopping area.

The hotel served hot waffles and scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Brand-new and modern rooms with 2 beds, felt like home. The location was good and absolutely perfect and the free parking was on-site.

Hotel was overall clean, supper friendly and absolutely friendly staff.

Got new-fashioned room, had a really good stay during our visit. And the bathroom was large. The location was good, in the parks at night, convenient to go everywhere. Easily reached Fuji Grill, located just a short stroll away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Units with 2 beds. Bonus point for central heating, an iron and tea/coffee making equipment.

The hotel was very clean and had hand sanitizers throughout the building, which was great. The staff at the front desk, especially the young adult who helped us check-in and assisted us late at night, was friendly and accommodating. They even got us a cart without hesitation. It's rare to find such helpful staff, and it made a difference in our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 🌟

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a very relaxing stay during our visit. The location was decent close to everything and the staff here was really kind and courteous. And it was also very close to the falls and shopping outlets: )

The positives include particularly good and unbeatable location and parking onsite. There is nearby Dunkin' to grab some food for the dinner. The rooms are brand-new and new-fashioned and the bathrooms are large.

Brand-new and perfectly clean units with a nice size bathroom, and the staff were ABSOLUTELY FRIENDLY. The rate was $ 126.

The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options and plenty to eat. The staff at breakfast were also really helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, which was great to see.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the pool was quite busy with non-paying guests, which meant it was difficult for us to enjoy it with our grandsons.
